This is fairly hilly - there's a gentle climb through Highfield Grove and Hill's Wood, then a sharp drop to cross Amersham Road followed by a climb up Ongar Hill. Then it's back down into Great Luckings Wood, followed by a long climb to Wood Cottage. Finally, Blue Close Wood is in a valley and there's a steep slope as you leave the wood.
